The personal data collected through the procedures of request of information on Anfora Vacanze will be, in some cases, registered on technical systems belonging to Anfora Vacanze that will be owner of and responsible for the handling. The personal data of the user will be managed by Anfora Vacanze following the principles of the privacy protection laid down by Law n° 675 dated Dec. 31st 1996 and by other laws in force on the matter. This text concerns the personal data sent by the user through the request form concerning the accommodation availability.
Anfora Vacanze submits the personal data of the users to all operations of treatment laid down by Law 675/96, that is collecting, registering, organizing, preserving, processing, modifying, selecting, extracting, comparing, using and any other operation useful for the supply of services required, communication to third parties included. These data will also be organized in databanks or records. In particular, the purpose of the treatment of personal data are the following:
A) supplying services as expected.
B) supplying information required through Anfora Vacanze.
C) verifying the quality of the services offered.
D) sending communications as information concerning own or of third party’s initiatives.
E) satisfying market, statistics, marketing and preferences researches regarding products and services.
F) going back to authors of possible offences only in case of specific requests and on behalf of the authorities concerned. The client will require information regarding its own data in any moment and exercise all rights as per art. 13, Law 675/1996 by getting in touch with customer service anfora@costarey.net.
Any refusal by the user to supply the data required in the form or any refusal to agree to their treatment will imply the impossibility of making use of the service offered by Anfora Vacanze. The other data collected need to help Anfora Vacanze to offer a service better and better. Concerning these data, the Client is free from supplying them or not.
